Wingate by Wyndham State Arena Raleigh/Cary Hotel

The rooms were absolutely spotless and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Denise (I really hope I'm spelling her name right) and Sasha were the best hotel staff I've ever encountered, and went above and beyond to accommodate us even when we ran into really bizarre problems (the kind that aren't the fault of the hotel). They helped us book an extra night when we decided to change our plans even though we originally booked online, and made sure we were comfortable. They even called the room to check that it was up to our standards when we first got into it, offering unprompted to move us to a different room if it wasn't.

The room was clean and neat. Attendant was professional and pleasant. Breakfast was offered. It was not expensive in comparison to many others where I have stayed. The neighborhood felt safe.

Room was very clean as well as lobby and elevators. Located in what appeared to be a business park. Had to drive about 7 minutes to a nicer restaurant. McDonalds within walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable.

Nice and clean room. Great location- quick drive to major stores and many eating options. The staff was quick and accommodating. The refreshments offered were nice and had quick grab options
